What is the address of the hotel?

We are located in front of Atami Sun Beach and Omiya No Matsu.
How far is the hotel from Atami Station?
We are only 570m away from the exit of the JR Atami Station. It takes 10 minutes on foot and 5 minutes if you take a taxi.
How do I get there by car?

Do you offer pickup/drop-off service?
No. We do not offer pickup/drop-off service.
How much would it cost if I took a taxi from Atami Station?
It depends on the traffic but it would be around 790 yen.
Is parking available?
Yes. The parking is located in the hotel. It is available to guests who use our accommodation, restaurant, spa, or fitness center.

Can we get to the hotel by public bus?
Yes. From JR Atami Station, take a bus towards Atami Port. Ride for 5 minutes and get off at Omiya No Matsu. The stop is located in front of the hotel.
Do you offer massage services?
Yes, you can use the spa treatment salon RELAXATION AN SPA ATAMI.

Can I use the fitness facility?
Yes. Fitness Center is available to all our guests. Some facilities require additional costs.
What is your smoking policy?
Our hotel is smoke-free except for designated smoking areas on the 2nd and 6th floor.
What forms of payment can I use?
We accept cash and major credit cards. We do not accept electronic money at this stage.
Do you accept foreign currency?
No. We do not accept foreign currency.
Is there a dress code?
Yes. We recommend smart-casual attire. Please refrain from wearing tank tops, shorts, bathing suits, and flip-flops.Also, staying guests are not allowed to wear hotel lounge wear, jacket, and slipper except during public bath,breakfast and club lounge.
Can we stay at the hotel and use the restaurants with our children?
Yes. We provide baby cots and amenities for children.A nursing room is available on the 1st floor. Please refrain from using preschool children at the sushi counter and teppanyaki counter. We will guide you at the floor seat.
Can we rent a wheelchair? Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?
We have wheelchairs to be used inside the hotel. However, you may have difficulties in certain areas. Please contact us for more information.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. We offer hotel-wide Free Wi-Fi.
Can I take pictures in the hotel?
Shooting for private use
For private use, photography is allowed in public spaces, except for the hot spring facility on the 10th floor. However, please observe the following rules. If you do not comply, we may refuse to take pictures.
*When taking pictures, please be considerate of your surroundings to ensure that there are no reflections or monopolization of the location from the perspective of personal information protection.
*Photography is strictly prohibited in the hot spring facility on the 10th floor.
*Public space shooting allowed locations are ; restaurants, lounges, lobbies, corridors, club lounge, spas, sports clubs, tenant facilities, and entrances.
About shooting for commercial purposes
If you wish to take pictures on the premises of the Atami Pearl Star Hotel for profit or commercial purposes, you must obtain the hotel’s prior consent.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at noon.
Can I leave my luggage at the hotel after check out?
Yes. You can leave your luggage with your butler. Please keep your valuables with you.
Can children stay for free?
We charge 5,000 yen (tax and service charge not included) per child for children aged 0-6 if they are sleeping with an adult. Baby cot and bed rail are available. We also have amenity kits (toothbrush and washcloth) for children.
Are baths in guest rooms filled with hot spring water?
Yes. All the baths in our guest rooms are filled with slightly alkaline calcium/sodium chloride hot spring water that comes from our own spring source.
What kind of room is Shitsurai?
The room has a western-styled space with tatami mat flooring.
What is the difference between ROTEN, VIEW BATH and TERRACE BATH?
ROTEN rooms have an open-air bath on the terrace.
VIEW BATH rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor. They do not have an open-air bath but you can see the view of Atami Bay from the window.
TERRACE BATH rooms are suite rooms facing the mountain. They do not have an open-air bath but the bath is located on a covered terrace.
Is there an open-air bath?
Yes. We have separate public baths for male and female on the top floor called Infinity Bath “YUNOFUNE”.
We also have rooms with an open-air bath that has an amazing view.
Please book ROTEN rooms to enjoy the private open-air bath.
What kind of amenities are available in the guest rooms?
All our guest rooms come with nightwear, bathrobes, loungewear, jackets, and slippers. Please do not wear nightwear outside your room.

Do you have hotel lounge wear?
Yes. There is a set of hotel lounge wear, jacket, and slippers that can be used for the public bath , breakfast and club lounge. In addition, we have nightwear that you can wear during your sleep.
Can I go to the restaurant in the hotel lounge wear?
No. Hotel lounge wear are only available for the public bath and breakfast and club lounge.
Can I use the Club Lounge?
All guests are welcome. Cocktail hour from 17:30 is for adults over 20 years old only. However, children of middle school age and older can use the facility when accompanied by an adult.

Yes. The bath is filled with slightly alkaline calcium/sodium chloride hot spring water that comes from our own spring source.
Is there a dress code to enter the bath area?
Please put on the loungewear, jacket, and slipper provided in your room.
Is the bath available to the people not staying at the hotel?
No. The bath is only available to hotel guests.
Can I use the restaurant only? Is it possible to make reservations?
Yes, and you can make reservations through the following.
Do you serve breakfast?
Yes. Buffet-style breakfast (Japanese/Chinese/Western food) is available on the 6th floor.
You can also choose to have breakfast in your room.
Breakfast is free of charge for all guests staying at the hotel.
