The origin of the restaurant’s name

“SINFONIA” means “symphony” in Italian. Like the multilayered sound of an orchestra, the concept is to “play gastronomy” with various tastes and ways to enjoy it.

After honing his skills at the French restaurant “Vert Bois” in the Hakone Yama-no hotel and being involved in opening the company’s new restaurant, he moved to France. He learned classic French techniques at the 3-star restaurant “La Maison Troisgros” and the 2-star “Leon de Lyon.” In his cooking, he always keeps the basics in mind. He stands in the kitchen with the theme of having customers enjoy authentic French cuisine that comfortably reaches the body in Atami.

The beginning of a pleasant day. Enjoy the breakfast buffet in an open, lively atmosphere with a view of Atami Bay. Colorful salads, hot eggs cooked by the chef on the spot, and freshly squeezed juices…. You can also start your day with a Japanese and Chinese breakfast, such as white rice, grilled fish, congees, dim-sums. Guests staying at the hotel can enjoy breakfast free of charge.
