Machine Area

The latest machines are lined up according to the part of the body you want to train, leading to a toned and muscular body. You can easily and safely apply the load that suits you best and aim to increase your muscle strength without strain.

Lounge

A luxurious space where you can relax and rest your body after training. Massage chairs are also available.

Conditioning Area

In this spacious area with artificial grass, you can freely perform your training styles, such as stretching, core training, and exercises using the equipment.

Studio

Various programs, such as Yoga and Pilates, are offered in a calm space with natural color tones. Both beginners and experienced users can enjoy these programs with ease.
