The origin of the restaurant’s name

“SINFONIA” means “symphony” in Italian. Like the multilayered sound of an orchestra, the concept is to “play gastronomy” with various tastes and ways to enjoy it.

After honing his skills at the French restaurant “Vert Bois” in the Hakone Yama-no hotel and being involved in opening the company’s new restaurant, he moved to France. He learned classic French techniques at the 3-star restaurant “La Maison Troisgros” and the 2-star “Leon de Lyon.” In his cooking, he always keeps the basics in mind. He stands in the kitchen with the theme of having customers enjoy authentic French cuisine that comfortably reaches the body in Atami.

Our breakfast buffet offers colorful salads made with fresh local vegetables, chef-prepared hot egg dishes, and freshly squeezed juices.

You may also enjoy a refined selection of Japanese and Chinese breakfast items, including steamed white rice, locally grilled fish, delicate congee, and dim sum.
